Labor's climate plan is to "create jobs, cut power bills, boost renewables and reduce emissions", Opposition Leader Anthony Albanese says.
The plan, which Mr Albanese says is fully costed and modelled, is forecast to create 604,000 jobs by 2030.
The policy creates another point of difference between Labor and the incumbent Coalition government ahead of next year's federal election.
