Founded in 1928, the St George MoviesTheatre is the most magnificent theatre on the island. Solomon Brill, owner of 15 theatres in the greater New York area. in addition to seven on the island, spent $2 million to build the theatre.
The Electric Horseman (1979)
A fun and enjoyable western comedy-drama. The central relationship in The Electric Horseman. It is that between a horse and a former rodeo cowboy. It also deals with the importance of individualism. And a deeper meaning behind the simple life.
Robert Redford is the star of this film and plays Sonny Steele. A former rodeo cowboy who sells breakfast cereal. When he sees that the horse he’s riding, Rising Star, is being drugged up, he snaps and runs away on it.
The Bad Man of Brimstone (1963)
This witty western features Wallace Beery as Trigger Bill. A bandit gets conflicted when his law-abiding son Jeff (Dennis O’Keefe) comes to town. Virginia Bruce is lovely as his wife and Lewis Stone do a nice turn as an attorney who’s tempted by money.
Director Martin Koolhoven crafted this blood-soaked revenge western with a very personal touch. It’s an auteur movie that is raw, uncompromising, and anti-commercial. But it is also a film that can’t help but get under your skin.
The Great Escape (1993)
St George Movies, The Great Escape is one of those movies that you can watch over and over again, even as an adult. It’s got a fantastic cast and is one of those rare films that doesn’t skimp on the real horror of WWII.

The Legend of Zorro (1995)

The story opens in 1850 as California prepares to become the 31st state. Some forces are attempting to halt the process, though. among them is a bigot who is murdering people and stealing votes.
The Legend of Zorro II (1999)
The Mask of Zorro has been out for seven years. As swashbuckling heroes, Antonio Banderas and Catherine Zeta-Jones are back. This time around, they must balance their lives with the demands of a dangerous crusade.
Alejandro and Elena are having difficulty maintaining their union. while risking their swashbuckling reputations. Their relationship is also tested when a French count, Armand, shows up in California.
The Legend of Zorro III (1999)
Seven years after the swashbuckling Spanish hero made his first feature. He returns in this sequel. The film tries to recapture the atmosphere that was present in the original but fails.
Director Martin Campbell helms the film and he manages to deliver action but not enough of it. Much of the humor is forced and ends up being cheesy.

Antonio Banderas shows off his skill of deft comedy in his role as the masked swordsman. You won’t be able to help but be enthralled with Zorro in this follow-up to The Mask of Zorro.
Alejandro de la Vega (Banderas) strives to maintain equilibrium after a turbulent divorce. His union with Elena and his work as a masked hero, as well as. It’s up to him to save both unions, and his country before it’s too late.
The Legend of Zorro V (2001)

Despite its flaws, The Legend of Zorro is still a good film to watch. Banderas and Zeta-Jones are excellent in their roles. They provide a lot of laughs throughout the film.

In this sequel to The Mask of Zorro, swashbuckling swordsman Zorro (Antonio Banderas). It must battle a new threat that threatens to bring the world to its knees. He must also fulfill a promise to his wife Elena (Catherine Zeta-Jones). That is he will no longer wear the black mask and cape.
when a loner with a pistol (Jacob McGivens) tries to steal votes for California statehood. He is captured by Zorro, who also wins back the votes. He then rides his horse Toronado to deliver the votes to the governor.
